Qualifications Graduate of bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or Business. At least 5 years of related work experience, with 3 years in the semiconductor environment. Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint with knowledge of purchase order system or ERP platforms. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in a semiconductor environment. Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a high stress fast‑paced environment. Major Duties & Responsibilities Develop strategic supplier capabilities to support sourcing and negotiation requirements. Maintain close liaison with suppliers on production capacities, readiness and material supply. Support business functions in RFI/RFQ activities and make sourcing decisions based on cost and benefit. Explore and source new technologies through market research to meet future requirements. Lead cost‑saving projects involving cross‑functional teams through alternative material/part recommendation and qualification plans. Influence product design to ensure materials manufacturability and conformance with the global supply chain. Collaborate to achieve lowest total cost of ownership sourcing solutions for assigned commodities. Manage supplier business review and work with Supplier Quality Engineering on qualifying new suppliers. Identify and capitalize on opportunities and make quality decisions despite incomplete information. Understand and manage holistic global value supply chains for competitive advantage and complex sourcing requirements. Maintain updated records of approved and qualified suppliers and ensure data integrity. Drive supplier performance improvement through effective supplier management and track indicators. Prepare reports and ensure application of Quality Policy in responsible area. Ensure compliance with Procurement policies & Procedures and commitment to quality, environmental management, health and safety.
