Job Description
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure the quality of software applications.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers to achieve project goals and maintain high testing standards.
  • Coordinate test activities and prioritize testing tasks to align with project schedules and deliverables.
  • Analyze testing results, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Continuously improve testing processes by researching and integrating new testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
Required Skills
  • Proficient in test management tools and methodologies, with a strong understanding of software testing principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and guiding team members effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in assessing software quality.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of clearly articulating testing strategies and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • People management & team leadership - 5+ years
