Job Summary The Senior Test Analyst will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and maintaining test activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role ensures system quality, accuracy, and performance by conducting thorough testing across functional, integration, and regression phases. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, CRM, or CE) testing and can collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality business solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements for Dynamics 365 modules. Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities. Identify, log, and track software defects through to resolution using test management tools. Validate configurations, customizations, and integrations within Dynamics 365 environments. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure test coverage and quality. Conduct root cause analysis for defects and contribute to process improvements in testing practices. Provide test estimates and contribute to overall project planning and risk assessments. Mentor junior testers and review their test deliverables to ensure consistency and quality. Participate in release management and deployment readiness activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of software testing experience , with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CRM, or CE) . Proven experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, HP ALM). Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of business processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service within Dynamics 365. Experience with API testing and automation tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium) is an advantage. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. Nice-to-have Skills Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Functional Consultant certification. Experience working with Power Platform, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, or ERP migration projects. Exposure to performance testing and automation frameworks.
