Isentia Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Customer Success Executive (SEA) The role of Customer Success Executive (SEA) sits within the SEA Customer Success team, reporting to the Customer Success Manager (SEA). Its primary function is to support Isentia and Pulsar customers by driving adoption and usage of the platform and services. This position ensures that customers derive value from their subscription by understanding their business needs, responding to support queries, configuring the Isentia and Pulsar platforms, conducting training sessions, and coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues. In addition, the team works closely with Account Management and New Business on pre‑sales activities such as demo/trial setups, volume checks, and reviewing monitoring requirements.
