If you have a relentless drive to succeed, a strong focus on quality, and a passion for success—join us today Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review and ensure NOC and S.O configurations accuracy. Create and submit Engineering Changes through Agile. Maintain sales order BOM and initiate ECO change management. Coordinate the ECOs/MCOs/DEVs/ECRs process internally. Track the implementation of ECO/ECN/ECR. Submit Problem Report/Supplier Problem Sheet to customers for BOM-related engineering issues. Ensure all affected parts and BOMs are included in the CR/IR/PR or corrected via the ECO process. Understand the scope of the engineering change downstream. Set up, manage and revise all customers' product information (BOMs, part numbers, AVLs) to control assembly revisions. Streamline BOM structure setup with Product Engineer for assembly sequence control, traceability data collection, and material back flush accuracy. Work with Product Engineer to restructure customer BOM to work with UCT manufacturability. Validate and ensure all customer document packages (Assembly DWG, Fabrication DWG, Procedure & Test, Manufacturing Instruction) are available and uploaded to the Agile system. Work closely with internal/external customers to resolve configuration issues. Generate a list of new parts/new revision parts that need sourcing information for the quote team for pre-determined NPI projects. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Degree in Engineering. Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Advanced Excel knowledge; design experience is a plus. Knowledge of engineering documentation and document control procedures. Able to read technical drawings and mechanical BOMs. Basic understanding of industrial equipment manufacturing. Ultra Clean Technology is an equal opportunity employer.
