Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to safeguard company assets.
  • Prepare and consolidate financial reports for local and regional stakeholders.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) to management and external parties as needed.
  • Partner with leadership teams to provide financial analysis, advisory, and decision support.
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Treasury, and both Financial & Management Accounting.
  • Monitor and manage company cash flow, implementing effective controls and policies.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and compliance with labor and tax regulations.
  • Drive process improvements through finance systems and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships with banks, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting team members.
  • Timely and accurate reporting with actionable insights.
  • Full compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong financial controls and risk management with minimal issues.
  • Effective partnership with business leaders to support strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in a Finance Manager, Finance Lead, or equivalent leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing finance teams and delivering operational and strategic goals.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
