About the job Assistant Accounting Manager We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Accounting Manager to support our finance team in maintaining financial records, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles and practices, along with excellent analytical skills. ⏰ Work Mode: Flexible office & remote What You’ll Do: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget. Daily financial control matters such as cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, in store stock control, inventory control, internal control, and treasury functions. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes. Perform regular audits of accounts to ensure accuracy. Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years’ of experience at a managerial level in finance and accounting or at least 2 years’ experience in international audit firms Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Preferably from hospitality or retail industry Ready to make an impact?
