BRAND MANAGER - FOOD CATEGORY Responsibilities: • Analyzes consumer insights to identify target markets, channels, and communication strategies. • Gathers and consolidates data to support the Annual Marketing Intent. • Creates product orientation materials and ensures the brand fact book is kept up to date. • Monitors new product development and prepares sales launch kits. • Develops product transition and rationalization plans. • Recommends appropriate disposition strategies for near-expiry Finished Goods (FG) inventory. • Consolidates data for SKU-level pricing setup. • Supports the coordination of ATL campaigns with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. • Collaborates with the Brand Activation team on managing excess promotional materials, near-expiry items, and promotional executions. • Oversees product sample requests and prepares brand review presentations. • Conducts periodic trade checks. • Performs distributor visits and alignment meetings. • Prepares and encodes Internal Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Demand Plans, and Annual Business Plans. • Routes, monitors, and archives approvals and related documentation. • Collects and analyzes data to assess demand forecast accuracy and brand profitability. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Communication Arts or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing, in FMCG, preferably food category. • Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus. • Proficient in market research, project management, presentations, and MS Office • Strong technical, numerical, administrative, and communication skills. Location: Ortigas Industry: FMCG Work Schedule/Set-up: • Monday – Friday / Day shift • Travel to the Plant if needed. • Occasional fieldwork to monitor brand/competitive performance. • Occasional out-of-base travel to meet and coordinate with key partners, i.e. agency, suppliers, distributors, etc. if needed.
