What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist customers, assess their needs, and recommend the best products
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently
  • Help customers select mattresses and bedding products suited to their needs
  • Process transactions and manage the cash register
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for smooth product delivery
  • Maintain tidy, well-stocked showroom displays
  • Provide clear information on store policies and address customer concerns
  • Track orders, reconcile transactions, and assist with inventory and stock replenishment

Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in retail (furniture or related industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and results-driven
  • Flexible to work weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related course
  • Basic MS Office skills (for sales reports and inventory management)

Preferred:

  • Experience in furniture, bedding, or related retail industry
