  • Participate in bidding, projects solution design, and contract negotiation in order to ensure the delivery feasibility during pre-sales phase
  • Identify and control the risks, manage project delivery based on the project plan, budget, and quality requirements, and ensure all objectives/goals are met.
  • Execute project within the budget, improve delivery efficiency, control the cost and change, be responsible for the result of project profitability
  • Develop project governance model and reporting mechanism internally and externally, keep proper communication with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Improve the delivery capability by coaching engineers and subcontractors via knowledge transfer, mentoring, workshop and etc.

Position requirements

  • Education background: Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Working experience: 10+ yrs project management experience in civil work or relevant Facility MEP Construction. Familiar with civil work site survey, structure design and AC/DC power system, and related Implementation standards, etc.
  • Prefer to have: PMP Certification, Uptime ATD Certification or equivalent Civil work Design Certification, MEP Architecture or Engineer Certification in local domestic
  • Professional Knowledge: Project management methodologies, MEP construction site management. Well understand the Philippine’s local construction regulations, including but not limited to work permit.
  • Professional skills : Good communication and interpersonal skills (such as team building ,conflict management, cross culture management)
  • People Management: Have excellent skill and knowledge to lead project team to achieve the project target (no less than 20 person in project team)

Working place : based in Manila, Southern Luzon or Northern Luzon
