Customer Experience Executive – Probe CX Apply for the Customer Experience Executive role at Probe CX. Support the speak‑up culture and report suspected or actual improper conduct in accordance with the Whistleblower Policy. Customer Experience Attend and actively participate in training and development. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the service, product, processes, and systems. Participate in monthly performance reviews. Contribute to team meetings to drive continual improvement. Key Performance Indicators Handle every customer contact in line with client and company requirements. Meet key performance indicators and targets (subject to change). Handle contact within the required time frame. Maintain required quality standards. Adhere to schedule to achieve required targets. Meet attendance requirements per contract and company policies. Other KPIs as required. Perform other reasonable duties as required. Core Competencies Adherence to policies and procedures, including compliance obligations. Implementation of functional organisational design and workforce planning. Provision of key function policies and their currency. Implementation of operational excellence in the function/line of business. Ensuring compliance within the function/line of business. Client & Stakeholders Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, peers, employees, and key stakeholders. Maintain internal and external collaborative relationships, including with functional and industry associations, managers, peers, and direct reports. Manage effective relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external, including functional and industry associations, vendors, board, and executive team. Key Skills and Capabilities Excellent communication skills – strong verbal and written communication to interact with customers and address their queries. Problem‑solving abilities – think critically and find timely solutions to customer issues. Multitasking – handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail – accurate data entry and documentation. Patience and empathy – stay calm under pressure. Teamwork and collaboration – frequent collaboration with other departments. Time management – comply with service level agreements and manage high volume queries. Cultural sensitivity – adapt to varied cultural backgrounds. Qualifications and Typical Experience Educational attainment: at least a high school graduate. Desired years of experience: 0–12 months of continuous work experience. Desired industry exposure: BPO or any industry experience. Prior role exposure: BPO customer service representative experience (retail and logistics a plus).
