Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. Manage and monitor company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook and TikTok). Schedule and publish engaging, brand-consistent content across all digital platforms. Create marketing materials including graphics, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional content. Monitor social media performance and generate analytics reports. Respond to online inquiries, messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate logistics for promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Act as a liaison between the marketing team and customers or event participants. Assist in organizing and managing customer engagement activities (e.g., contests, surveys). Maintain and update customer and mailing lists. Collaborate with other departments to align marketing initiatives with company goals. Perform administrative tasks related to marketing, including inventory of promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Communications (is an advantage), Business, or a related field.
• Proficient in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in customer-facing situations and strong interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Availability to occasionally work outside of standard hours for events.
• Preferably HE is a plus.
