Eligibility & Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Candidate must have completed Diploma or Degree in the respective Engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) from a recognized institute/university.

Age Limit:

Minimum Age: 18 years

Maximum Age: 30 years

Age will be calculated as on 1 January 2026

SC/ST: 5 years

OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

PwD: 10 years (additional relaxation for SC/ST/OBC PwDs)

Ex-Servicemen, Central Govt Employees, etc.: As per category and post rules

  • Central Water Commission (CWC) Civil / Electrical Engineering, Degree or Diploma
  • Directorate of Quality Assurance (Naval) Electrical / Mechanical: Degree or Diploma + 2 years experience
  • Farakka Barrage Project Civil / Electrical Engineering Diploma
  • Military Engineer Services (MES) Civil / Electrical / Mechanical: Degree or Diploma + 2 years experience
  • National Technical Research Organization (NTRO) Civil Engineering Diploma
