Be part of a team that is not just leading but redefining the world of payments. Overview The Franchise AP Regional Team is seeking a Manager, Franchise Growth & Enablement. In collaboration with the Vice President, Franchise Growth & Enablement, you will execute Franchise’s Customer Risk Management principles and partner with regional stakeholders, providing strategic and operational support to the regional team by onboarding Mastercard network participants within the Asia‑Pacific Region in accordance with Mastercard’s requirements and local regulations. The individual will be responsible for effective alignment between Franchise Growth & Enablement and cross‑functional stakeholders, driving the scale of Mastercard’s cross‑border and domestic products and services. Role Performs assignments that support on‑boarding customers, registration, and respond to ad‑hoc customer requests. Implement Franchise strategies to support the scale and growth of new business initiatives in cross‑border and domestic payments products and services. Serve as a strong collaborator with Account and Product teams to enable new opportunities in core businesses, multi‑rail flows, new customer segments (installment providers, fintechs) that reflect the value of extending the Franchise. Provide Franchise Solutions Accelerator support for customer training and education initiatives. Maintain close collaboration with internal stakeholders to provide support to customers. Ensure internal risk‑based decision‑making models for new opportunities are applied appropriately during assessment to protect the brand integrity and support the growth of new payment products and services. Handle customer administration, such as managing the common mailbox, tracking projects and billing, and generating administrative reports for specific market(s) or region. All About You Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Proven track record in translating strategies into actionable programs and scaling them across business and/or markets. Knowledge of the payments space. Attention to detail, strong business acumen and solutions‑focused mindset. Demonstrated thought leadership. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and creative‑thinking skills. Strong interpersonal skills – ability to influence and work cross‑functionally and across levels in a matrix organization. Team player with a focus on self‑motivation, people and results. Demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision. Corporate Security Responsibility Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices. Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information accessed. Report any suspected information security violation or breach. Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
