Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and facilitate the implementation of the organization’s ERM system to meet strategic goals, including reviewing and updating policies, frameworks, tools, and documents.
  2. Design and execute policies and systems for risk data collection, analysis, and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Promote risk management awareness through training and education for personnel.
  4. Ensure timely execution of ERM initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders and conducting meetings.
  5. Support communication of top risks to CRO and senior management with reports on ERM activities.
  6. Business Continuity Management (BCM): Develop, review, and maintain BCM policies; conduct tests and exercises; educate personnel on BCM.
  7. Data Privacy Act (DPA): Assist the Data Protection Officer in ensuring DPA compliance.
  8. General Responsibilities: Adhere to health, safety, environmental, and security rules; embody company values; perform additional duties as assigned.
