Cash Application Analyst – Tarmack Location: Laguna de Bay, Philippines Work Schedule: APAC hours (8 AM – 5 PM) About the Role We are seeking a Cash Application Analyst for one of our clients based in Laguna de Bay, Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end cash application process, ensuring accurate and timely posting of receipts, and maintaining strong coordination with the Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Sales teams. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting overall cash flow visibility within the organization. Key Responsibilities Post and apply Trade Receivables receipts to Oracle ERP within 24 hours of receipt. Access and extract bank statements from portals and Treasury Management Systems. Ensure accurate and timely posting of receipts to customer accounts and application to correct invoices. Prepare and distribute the Daily Cash Receipts Report (DCRR) to AR analysts, stakeholders, and the PSR team. Collaborate closely with AR, PSR, Sales, and Credit teams to resolve payment‑related queries. Prepare and maintain global receipts reports and Unapplied/Unidentified Cash Trending Reports for daily reconciliation. Perform Intercompany clearing via the IC Settlement process. Assist in the preparation of Cycle Review decks and unapplied cash reports. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and duplicate payments. Reconcile Receipt Registers vs. Bank Statements to ensure data integrity. Support audits by providing relevant receipts, invoices, and remittance documentation. Participate in UAT testing for AR and related transactions as required. Conduct quarterly unapplied flux analysis for cycle review presentations. Provide supporting documents for subsequent receipts and external audit requests. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Cash Application or Accounts Receivable experience preferred). Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, and Excel (ERP experience required). Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities (both written and verbal). Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements. Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating across functions and resolving payment‑related issues.
