Job Description Key Responsibilities of the FICO Master Data Lead: Lead projects focused on vendor and FICO master data governance and process standardization. Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures across global operations. Oversee integration and optimization of SAP systems (ECC/S4HANA) and related tools for master data management. Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Manage testing and validation of master data governance tools and ensure successful implementation. Monitor data quality metrics and drive initiatives for data cleansing and accuracy. Provide subject matter expertise on master data processes and support continuous improvement efforts. Align governance initiatives with organizational objectives and educate stakeholders on compliance requirements. The Successful Applicant Successful Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in Master Data Management and Data Governance. Strong background in SAP ECC or S4/HANA, with expertise in vendor and FICO master data. Proven leadership and project management experience in a global or matrixed organization. Familiarity with SAP MDG and governance tools is an advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities effectively.
