Network & Cybersecurity Pre‑Sales Specialist The Network & Cybersecurity Pre‑Sales Specialist will serve as the primary technical partner for the sales team, acting as the subject matter expert to bridge client business challenges with the company’s technology solutions. This role involves engaging directly with clients to understand their complex infrastructure and security needs, then designing and articulating compelling, robust solutions that demonstrate clear business value to a wide range of audiences, from technical engineers to C‑level executives. Key Accountabilities Solution Architecture & Design: Architect end‑to‑end network and cybersecurity solutions that address client requirements, including creating high‑level designs (HLD), low‑level designs (LLD), solution diagrams, and detailed Bill of Materials. Client Management: Partner with Account Managers on client calls and meetings, leading technical discovery sessions to uncover pain points, requirements, and business objectives. Technical Presentations & Demos: Develop and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proofs‑of‑concept (POCs) that showcase the value and capabilities of the portfolio. Proposal & RFP/RFI Response: Author the technical components of proposals, solution descriptions, and responses to RFI and RFP, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the client’s needs. Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the internal and external expert on our network (SD‑WAN, SASE, Wi‑Fi) and cybersecurity (NGFW, EDR/XDR, Zero Trust, IAM/PAM, CNAPP). Basic Requirements Experience: 3–5+ years in pre‑sales, solutions architecture, or senior technical support roles, specifically with network and cybersecurity domains. Network Expertise: Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing (BGP, OSPF), switching, VPNs, SD‑WAN, and modern wireless (Wi‑Fi 6/6E) technologies. Cybersecurity Expertise: Hands‑on knowledge of security solutions such as NGFW, EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR, IAM/PAM, and cloud security (SASE, CASB). Certifications: Professional‑level industry certifications are a plus. Mindset: Client‑centric, problem‑solving mindset with a proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced sales environment.
