Overview
Compliance Manager (FCMG I Healthcare I Pharma I Beauty) at HR TechX Corp. This role involves overseeing the company\'s compliance programs to ensure alignment with industry regulations, including FDA, ISO, and other relevant standards in the beauty sector. Budget: 50-60k. Setup: Onsite. Location: Bacoor, Cavite.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to ensure adherence to local, national, and industry-specific regulations (FDA, ISO, cGMP).
- Lead and manage a team of compliance specialists, ensuring efficient execution of compliance tasks and maintaining high standards across departments.
- Create, update, and enforce internal policies and procedures to foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct within the organization.
- Identify compliance risks across departments, conduct risk assessments, and develop plans to mitigate or eliminate potential risks.
- Conduct regular internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Design and deliver ongoing training programs for employees, enhancing awareness and understanding of compliance requirements and company policies.
- Oversee product safety and regulatory documentation (including labeling and filings) to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Work closely with other department heads to ensure business operations align with compliance policies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Advise senior management on regulatory risks, policy development, and operational improvements related to compliance and risk management.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, or a related role, preferably within the cosmetics, fragrance, or personal care industry.
- Strong background in FDA regulations, ISO standards, cGMP, and QMS audits.
- Proven experience in SOP development, compliance documentation, and regulatory filings.
- Strong risk management skills with the ability to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with significant experience in designing and facilitating compliance training programs. Ability to effectively train employees and ensure they understand regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Professional compliance certifications (e.g., CRMC, CAMS, CCEP, or CIP) are preferred.
