Job Description As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating both print and digital designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Your work will include a broad range of visual assets, from print ads and brochures to website graphics and social media content. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Knowledge of digital and print design best practices. Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Video editing and animation skills are a plus. Responsibilities Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, logos, websites, and social media content. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive visual representation of campaigns and products. Design promotional materials—flyers, posters, brochures, email templates, web banners, and other marketing collateral—while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and adherence to brand guidelines. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of detail. Work with external printers and vendors to ensure production quality for print materials. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new design techniques and technologies into creative processes. Edit and refine existing graphics, layouts, and photos based on team feedback. Attributes Excellent English communication skills. Ability to complete projects on time, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and embrace new technologies, processes, or methods. Strong logical and verbal reasoning skills. Exceptionally detail‑oriented. Exceptional problem‑solving and information‑processing skills. Ability to think outside the box. Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new concepts and grow within the role. Proficient working both independently and as part of a team. Owns a reliable desktop or laptop and stable internet connection. Comfortable using time‑tracking software for payroll purposes. Benefits A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days may be taken unpaid). Vacation days increase by one day each year. 5% annual raise guaranteed (with potential for additional raises or bonuses based on performance). Paid 15‑minute break for every four hours of work.
