Responsibilities Feature Development: Implement new features and enhancements in an existing Laravel-based web application according to client requirements. Application Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to improve performance, reliability, and user experience. Collaboration: Work with the tech lead and project lead to clarify requirements, provide updates, and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule. Database Work: Write and optimize queries, migrations, and schema changes in MySQL or similar relational databases. Code Quality: Follow established coding standards and participate in code reviews. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Laravel/PHP best practices and contribute ideas for process and product improvements. Qualifications 2–5 years of professional experience as a software engineer, preferably in web application development. Experience with PHP and Laravel framework Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, including schema design and query optimization. Understanding of RESTful API development and integration. Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows. Ability to work effectively within an established architecture and follow technical guidance from senior team members. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve assigned tasks independently and seek guidance when needed. Good communication skills within a distributed team environment.
