Date of posting: Oct 2, 2025 Main Accountabilities: Lead the local SCX team, which consists of 3 people. Collaborate and communicate with other departments in CC, as well as maintain good collaboration with divisions. Manage the CC NWC by ensuring its KPI on availability, Inv % COGS, Inv cost % COGS, and transportation cost % revenue are under control and meet the target. Work together with regional SCX and other regional functions related to sourcing, distribution, HR, legal, finance, sales, and marketing. Manage SCX operations, ensuring safety, zero accidents, and sustainability. Develop the team and build good relationships with internal and external parties. Qualifications: Good understanding of the Epiroc business model, both for core and Fluidcon businesses. Understanding and familiarity with the Epiroc ERP system (iScala and GIM). Experience and good understanding of inventory and warehouse management. Understanding and hands-on experience with replenishment and redistribution processes. Strong analytical skills and capabilities in critical thinking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Ability to speak and communicate in English. Experience managing more than 3 warehouses at the same time. Good relationships with CC, Divisions, and other departments in Epiroc. Willingness to learn and proactively find alternative solutions.
