Base pay range $200.00/hr - $200.00/hr What you will be doing Develop comprehensive AI Opportunity Matrices that strategically rank customer problems by AI feasibility, business value, and risk—guiding decisive go/no-go decisions and development prioritization Architect progressive AI-Enhanced Product Roadmaps that transform current offerings into AI-powered solutions, with clear dependencies, success metrics, and balanced implementation timelines Create precise AI Feature Requirements that translate advanced capabilities into actionable user stories, with rigorous acceptance criteria, performance benchmarks, and robust fallback protocols Execute Customer AI Readiness Assessments that identify adoption barriers across segments and deliver targeted enablement plans to accelerate successful AI feature implementation What you won’t be doing Navigating bureaucratic approval processes that impede innovation—we maintain a streamlined decision-making structure Developing AI features in isolation—your work will be directly informed by customer needs and aligned with strategic business objectives Managing theoretical AI projects—every initiative you lead will be targeted for production deployment with measurable business impact Operating with limited resources—IgniteTech is committed to providing the necessary support for successful AI transformation across our portfolio Chief AI Officer Key Responsibilities Drive measurable business growth by strategically integrating Generative AI functionalities across IgniteTech's entire product portfolio, directly impacting customer engagement, retention, and competitive advantage in the enterprise software market. Basic Requirements Proven track record of successfully launching at least 2 production-grade products or major features with AI/ML as core functionality—prototypes and experiments are insufficient Demonstrated expertise managing the complete product lifecycle for AI-enabled solutions, from initial concept through development to scaled deployment and optimization Established experience directing data science and ML engineering teams from a product leadership position, effectively translating technical capabilities into business value About IgniteTech World-class talent. 100% global remote.
