As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for: Campaign Operations Support and lead in campaign setup and execution across owned and paid channels (email, search, display, website updates, and social media e.g. Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok). Support digital asset management, ensuring content is uploaded, tagged, and published accurately and on time. Generate and update regular concise performance reports, highlighting results, identifying opportunities, and areas for optimization. Coordinate with hotel teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign rollouts. Monitor live campaigns for accuracy and flag issues proactively. Creative Content Support the development, adaptation, and publishing of properties and/or cluster digital content across social media, web, and email. Adapt and localize global/regional creative assets to fit property and cluster needs. Collaborate with managers to brainstorm and execute fresh content ideas that can aid with paid media optimization. Monitor creative performance and gather insights for future improvements. We are looking for someone who: Has 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles (internship experience considered). Possesses a foundational understanding of key digital marketing concepts and platforms. Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CMS systems preferred. Has strong copywriting skills with a knack for engaging storytelling. Has basic design/editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) preferred. Familiarity with short-form video (Reels, TikTok) a plus. Has enthusiasm for hospitality, travel, and lifestyle content. Has strong organizational and multitasking skills. Has an analytical mindset with basic knowledge of campaign performance metrics, and the ability to interpret data into meaningful observations and/or trends.
