About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineering Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at ZAMA Precision Industry Manufacturing Philippines, Inc. in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. As a full-time member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our textile manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate activities related to the realization of textile products, including defining process flow, conducting risk assessment via FMEA, creating samples, releasing equipment, and corresponding documentation
• Coordinate and plan activities related to process and production line improvements, including time and motion studies and layout optimization
• Identify and report operational and maintenance issues to prevent production delays
• Propose and participate in cost-reduction activities related to design, materials, and processes
• Ensure that customer requirements for delivery and quality are met
• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are carried out effectively to achieve the organization's goals and objectives
• Provide administrative support to top managers in the organization
• Plan and, if possible, conduct training sessions for staff and other team members to enhance performance and quality delivery at all times

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any Engineering course
• At least 5 years of related experience in the textile manufacturing industry and personnel management
• Experience in process engineering for textile products or similar fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in reporting
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Engaged and goal-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office software
