Video Editor (UGC / VSL, Meta Ads) – Remote, Full-Time

We’re hiring a Video Editor to join our fast-growing DTC e-commerce team.

If you have experience creating UGC ads and VSLs for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, we’d love to connect with you

What you’ll do
  • Edit and optimize UGC/VSL creatives for Meta campaigns
  • Work closely with creative strategists & content managers
  • Follow clear SOPs while applying direct-response editing principles (hooks, pacing, CTAs)
  • Continuously improve craft while delivering quality output
What you’ll bring
  • Portfolio with e-commerce ad work (required)
  • Proven Meta ads editing experience (UGC/VSL, direct-response)
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable in English feedback calls
  • Team-first approach, able to follow structured workflows
  • $1,500/month (paid twice monthly via Payoneer)
  • Performance bonuses for successful ad campaigns (winning ads)
  • Paid access to editing tools (Storyblocks, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.)
  • PTO available upon request (subject to business needs)
