Location: National Capital Region (NCR), Quezon City
Qualifications- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Some College (but did not graduate) in any course.
- Fresh Graduates / Entry Level candidates with BPO/Call Center or equivalent experience.
Responding to customer inquiries and services, resolving customer issues. The representative must have excellent communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with customers.
Additional Requirements- Graduates of 4-year courses with or without work experience.
- Completed 2 years in college with 6 months of customer service experience.
- Above average English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good comprehension skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
- Salary: PHP 17,000 - PHP 21,000
- Position: Full-time
