Overview Responsibilities

  • Video Creation: Film and create short videos that resonate with target audiences on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.
  • (If you are only specialized in video editing, not familiar with videography, we welcome you to contact us as well.)
  • Editing & Content Optimization: Edit raw footage into polished, entertaining short-form videos for optimal performance on social media platforms, including proper framing, pacing & sound mixing to suit the platform's algorithm and audience behavior.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content connects the brand's visual identity and key messages.
  • Storytelling/Content planning: Plan creative stories for unique content that is attractive, entertaining, and engaging with audiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content creation team, including social media team, marketers, and influencers to align video content with broader marketing strategies.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trendy videos and audios from major social media, analyze popular videos’ key elements and creatively apply their formulas to our own video content.
  • Scheduled Postings: Maintain a consistent posting schedule, ensuring content is released at peak hours for maximum views.
  • Work location may be flexible; please talk to us for further arrangement.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in videography and video editing, specifically for TikTok (Fresh Graduates welcome).
  • Graduated from a relevant major in college, such as film, media studies.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, InShot, etc.
  • Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, and color grading for social media videos.
  • Fast learning and knowledge of up-to-date video trends, elements and techniques.
  • Excellent English communication and teamwork.
  • Creative mind, truly passionate about video producing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
