Operations Manager – Remote (Philippines) We’re a fast‑moving, fully remote e‑commerce company selling on Amazon. Our mission is to scale from seven to eight figures in the next 3–5 years. We fix what’s broken quickly and celebrate real results—no fluff. The Role Own our operations end‑to‑end . You’ll make the machine run smoothly across the business and lead the continuous improvement of how we work—processes, tooling, people, and vendors. You’ll have real autonomy, budget, and direct access to the company founder. Authority You have the authority to redesign processes , choose and implement tools within budget , hire/schedule ops contributors , and hold vendors/3PLs accountable . Scope (for context, not a checklist) You’ll own all company processes end‑to‑end—e.g., customer support, inventory & replenishment, returns & reverse logistics, listings operations, and 3PL/vendor coordination. How We’ll Evaluate Impact You’ll be evaluated on process reliability/efficiency, speed, cost , and also business KPIs directly attached to process reliability like margins and in‑stock rate . Run focused stand‑ups, weekly reviews, and short improvement sprints. Turn messy workflows into simple, documented processes with clear owners. Coordinate with team and suppliers to keep products flowing and issues contained. Hire, onboard, schedule, and coach collaborators; drive adoption and accountability. What You Bring Solid experience owning operations and improving how the team works. You’ve led people (hiring, scheduling, coaching) and can get results through others. Comfortable with workflow tools (e.g., Asana/ClickUp), helpdesk macros/rules, and light automations. Strong with spreadsheets and simple dashboards; you use data to drive action. Change management mindset: you ship processes people actually follow, and you prevent decay. Clear, concise communication; you keep stakeholders aligned and decisions moving. Time‑zone: ≥ 4 hours overlap with Central European Time (CET/CEST). Nice to have: Amazon Seller Central experience (or equivalent marketplace ops) Hiring Process Presentation video Short career‑history form.
