The Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support our campaigns and client projects. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns
- Create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives
- Help prepare performance reports and analyze campaign data
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in digital marketing with a willingness to learn

Digital Marketing ManagerJob Description
Earn up to Php 35,000 per month while upskilling your career as a Digital Marketing Manager working for one of our Australian Real Estate clients from our advanced Clark-based office.

Role Qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing digital campaigns (META, Google)
- Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and campaigns
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using analytics and reporting platforms including native reports, Swydo, Google Data Studio or similar
- A self-starter, proactive in your approach to your work
- Experience with project management systems (Trello or similar)
- Adobe Creative Suite/Canva (desired, not essential)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute strategic and creative end-to-end marketing campaigns to engage, educate, entertain, and generate leads
- Setup Google and META accounts and required tracking
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Execute META paid campaigns using the content and creative assets provided
- Monitor and advise on ad performance, making recommendations to optimize results
- Support the Marketing Manager with any resources required for monthly and quarterly strategy meetings and weekly wrap ups.
- Monitor SEO and suggest content optimization
- Be proactive in identifying areas of opportunity and improvement
- Responsible for actioning any digital marketing requests
- Support with in anything else required to help the Marketing Manager
- Deliver on Key Performance Indicators set out by the client

Qualifications
- Preferably with experience in construction, dealing with architects, engineers, developers, construction stores, etc.
- Know how to market and selling properties through physical, and in online social media.
- Must have strong knowledge in Real Estate Marketing Management.
- Experience in Marketing industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work being alone.
- Must be computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Photoshop.

- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
- Conducts sales calls and presents to potential clients.
- Handles general account inquiries and contact clients about the company and its products.
- Maintains good relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinates and manage delivery of products.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability.
- Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
