Your primary focus is to be the Supply and Demand Planning Control Tower. Review and analyze data to see gaps, opportunities & risks through planning scenarios, calculations and iteration. Key result areas such as demand plan and offer commit process, Cores inventory, New Products and Internal Repair planning. Support E&O management, Inventory control and repair partner requirements. Responsibilities Build and maintaining inventory and supply planning models. Analyze and reports data to support the achievement of goals, objectives and initiatives. Includes data needed in the execution, measurement and mitigation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), metrics/dashboards Co-ordinate the weekly, monthly, forecasting and demand planning process Develop planning scenarios and views from offers, commits, supply and forecasts Work with global counterparts, suppliers, and vendors to maintain the demand and supply planning process. Perform and review cores, parts and inventory forecasting needs; maximizing potential repair/reman. Regularly run scenario models to produce output which aids effective decision making, this includes working with big data. Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Asurion Service Providers and Finance to obtain and ensure current and accurate information is being used for forecasts. Communicate demand and inventory requirements, provide clear SKU level and Family level Weeks of Cover planning targets. Acts as a subject matter expert on Planning operations. Initiate, create, implement and innovate planning tools, templates, process flows, methods and presentations Provide input into Supply Chain by sharing information which influences inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and end of life. Prepare monthly forecasts, demand and purchasing plans across all programs Support Back Order risk mitigation metrics and processes Review and determine device utilisation from the upgrade and Trade In core programs. Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner. Any other responsibilities as directed by your manager. Education Graduate of Bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering At least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Materials Planning, Production Planning and Purchasing At least 2 years of working experience in MRP systems; experience in MS Dynamics Axapta is an advantage Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications with advance Excel experience At least 2 years of experience in the following operational principles: ISO 9001, lean manufacturing and 5S principles #J-18808-Ljbffr
