Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule. Lead project teams, coordinate contractors and subcontractors, and ensure effective resource management. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to ensure timely delivery. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety practices, and adherence to plans/specifications. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to resolve technical and operational issues. Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and documentation to management and clients. Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and provide solutions to avoid project delays or cost overruns. Mentor and supervise project staff, ensuring professional development and adherence to company standards. Required Qualifications Experience & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Professional License preferred). 5–10 years of proven experience in project management within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in project management tools and construction-related software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD). Solid background in cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to handle project challenges under pressure. Good communication and negotiation skills for dealing with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
