Overview Acts as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives Sets out, level and survey the site Checks plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients. Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team. Supervising workers (admin and subcontractors), monitoring and checking of activity, oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site. Qualifications Bacheloraesegree in Mechanical Engineering; Licensed Engineer At least 2 years experience in Cost Engineering, Planning, Scheduling, estimating and other areas of the project. At least 2-3 years experience in the field area Willing to be relocated anytime to monitor other areas and sites.
