DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure timely completion of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) work orders.
- Monitor and follow up on work order status for proper closure and compliance.
- Update, maintain, and continuously improve CMMS master data for accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure planned activities are executed on time.
- Minimize equipment downtime through efficient scheduling and planning.
- Oversee warehouse inventory of spare parts, consumables, chemicals, tools and PPE.
- Monitor stock levels, usage trends, and propose reorder levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain accurate equipment and asset registry for traceability.
- Analyze equipment downtime, failure history, and maintenance trends.
- Prepare and present KPI reports (MTBF, MTTR, Equipment Availability, MOR and other KPI).
- Recommend corrective and preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Assist in EMD budget preparation and monitoring.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in maintenance activities.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documents, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Support internal and external audits related to maintenance and safety.
- Act as an EMD representative, supporting the EMD Head in daily operations and reporting.
- Coordinate between production, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical)
- Experience in maintenance planning and CMMS systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
