We are seeking a Financial Systems Analyst with a strong accounting background to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining financial systems to improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical proficiency, financial knowledge, and problem-solving skills to optimize financial data processing and reporting.

Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and implement financial solutions according to business needs.
  2. Customize and configure financial applications.
  3. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to integrate Odoo with other business systems.
  4. Generate accurate financial reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), cash flow analysis, and budget variance reports.
  5. Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to understand financial system needs and requirements.
Must Have
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance (or at least 2 years in College on the same course).
  2. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax regulations.
  3. Relevant experience in financial analysis, system implementation, or ERP accounting systems is a PLUS
  4. Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  5. Highly creative and autonomous.
Nice to have
  1. Hands-on experience with financial apps (QuickBooks, etc.).
  2. Driver's License and Motor Vehicle.
  3. Ability to Learn and Master Odoo quickly.
  4. Eagerness to learn and continually improve.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
