Major Duties Focus on resolution of complex transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines and/or processes. Analytically and procedurally competent, representing the team on cross-function process or project deliverable. May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role). Provides input into performance management and career development processes, and staffing and disciplinary actions. May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management. Knowledge Excellent organization skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, to motivate and lead team. Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders. Good communication to manage expectations. The ability to use your initiative and make decision making with challenging turnaround times. Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time. Experience A College or University degree and/or relevant work experience in Securities lending is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Functional / Industry Knowledge is required. Analytical and problem solving skills are required.
