An exciting opportunity as Communications Coordinator to support an Oracle ERP transformation project and corporate internal communications. You’ll develop, plan and deliver the communications that supports and informs our people and embeds lasting change across the business in how we work.

The role requires a person who is a team player, driven and a creative problem solver at heart. You will be flexible, proactive and a great communicator.

Main Responsibilities include:

Planning and coordination

  • Collaborate with the AU Deployment Lead, Enablement Project Lead, R3B OCM Lead, Stream Leads to develop and implement a regional communications strategy for the Australian region deployment.
  • Align communications activities with the Australian Strategic Activation Plan and overall project milestones.
  • Attend and contribute to key meetings including OCM scrums, Super User (SU) and Change Ambassador (CA) meetings, Leadership meetings, RDCs, deployment team sessions.

Content development and messaging

  • Create and tailor communication materials that are clear, consistent, and aligned with global messaging while being relevant to the Australian audience.
  • Support the development of content for the local Business Readiness Network in collaboration with R3B and Tower OCM Leads.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to branding guidelines and tone of voice standards.
  • Identify key stakeholder groups and determine the most effective communication channels to reach them.
  • Develop and manage an integrated communication channel mix (e.g. newsletters, intranet, town halls, videos) to drive awareness, understanding, and engagement.
  • Provide direct support to leaders to help them act as effective change sponsors.

Collaboration and alignment

  • Work closely with global OCM and Communications teams to leverage existing materials, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Identify and utilise regional communication opportunities and channels.

Feedback

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the project team and senior leaders by providing regular feedback on communication effectiveness and stakeholder sentiment.
  • Monitor and manage local mailboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries and feedback

Qualifications (minimum and desirable):

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years’ proven experience in communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working within a large corporate organisation operating in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and interested parties.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global and local teams.
  • Experience in change communications for ERP roll out
