A. General Finance Management Oversee and integrate financial activities across Accounting, Treasury, and Credit & Collection departments. Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, systems, and controls. Provide management with accurate financial information for decision-making and strategic planning. Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory regulations, and audit requirements. B. Accounting Department Supervise the preparation of financial statements, general ledger maintenance, and monthly/annual closing activities. Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits. Maintain compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) or applicable GAAP. C. Treasury Department Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships to ensure operational efficiency. Oversee disbursements, bank reconciliations, and investment activities. Monitor working capital and recommend actions to optimize financial resources. Ensure proper control and security over funds and financial assets. D. Credit & Collection Department Develop and enforce credit policies and procedures to minimize financial risk. Review and approve customer credit limits and payment terms. Oversee collection activities and ensure timely recovery of receivables. Prepare aging reports and provide recommendations to improve collection efficiency and minimize bad debts. E. Budgeting and Forecasting Lead annual budget preparation and coordinate with department heads. Monitor and analyze budget variances, recommending corrective actions as needed. Provide financial forecasts and strategic analyses to support management decisions. F. Leadership and Team Development Supervise, coach, and evaluate finance team members across all sub-departments. Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Ensure staff training and development in compliance, reporting, and financial systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
