Develop and implement best practices in order processing to enhance efficiency and accuracy in customer order fulfillment. Generate precise and detailed reports on order status, inventory levels, and process efficiencies to monitor business health and identify areas for improvement. Define business requirements for process workflow enhancements, ensuring alignment with customer experience goals and organizational objectives. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth order processing and implement functional improvements. Handle and process customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring all details are accurate and complete. Skill Requirements Strong understanding of order management processes and ERP tools. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, utilizing tools such as Excel and ERP systems. Familiarity with inventory management practices and service mindsets.
