Job Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified leader to oversee the team of skilled Annotators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership and project management, with a focus on performance coaching and team building. Job Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the team for annotation projects. Proven ability to coach team members and enhance their performance. Strong team-building skills and the ability to manage staff turnover effectively. Experience monitoring and reporting on team performance and KPIs. Proficiency in settlement processing and other administrative tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with management. High sensitivity to reporting and planning for unexpected situations. Learn requirements and skills for specific tasks, such as identifying specific content in an image or video, writing text descriptions according to audio or text, answering survey questions, etc. Practice to improve annotation skills until the task can be done correctly and efficiently. Start tasks officially after the practice period, completing the assigned workload every day. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a management role (e.g., team leader or supervisor). Above average communication skills. Preferred: Familiarity with Human Intelligence Tasks. College graduate is a must, but those with relevant experience will be considered. Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
