Overview The Resort Manager (Resident Manager) is responsible for the daily operations, guest experience, and overall performance of Sunlight Hotel Coron. Acting as the on-site head of operations, the RM ensures that all departments — Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Guest Services — function efficiently and consistently deliver the Sunlight Hotels and Resorts’ brand promise of heartfelt service, operational excellence, and Filipino hospitality. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee all hotel operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running of all departments. Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistent with SHR brand standards. Ensure preventive maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. Lead daily briefings and weekly operations meetings to align interdepartmental communication. Guest Experience Maintain a strong presence in guest-facing areas; handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and escalations. Monitor guest feedback (property management system, OTAs, social media, direct channels) and ensure timely service recovery and follow-ups. Implement guest recognition programs and initiatives to enhance satisfaction and repeat stays. People Management Supervise Department Heads and ensure staffing levels, scheduling, and morale are well-managed. Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance reviews. Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Financial & Business Performance Work with the GM and Finance team to monitor budget performance, operating costs, and revenue targets. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and guest satisfaction. Support the Sales & Marketing team in implementing promotions, rate plans, and local partnerships. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with all government regulations, licenses, and safety protocols. Oversee proper documentation and reporting for audits and inspections. Maintain strong coordination with the Corporate Office for policy implementation and updates. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hotel/resort management experience, preferably in a 4-5 star property. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficient in property management systems Financial acumen and analytical mindset for operational performance tracking. Excellent command of English; knowledge of Filipino or other languages is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
