About the Role We are in search of a talented Frontend Developer experienced in creating and maintaining production‑level interfaces for AI‑powered chat applications. In this role, you will develop responsive, real‑time conversational user interfaces that connect seamlessly with our scalable backend — a system that incorporates large language models (LLMs), vector databases, and custom APIs. You will be instrumental in transforming complex AI functionalities into intuitive, engaging user experiences. This position requires close collaboration with designers, backend engineers, and AI specialists to deliver well‑crafted, high‑performing, and dependable web applications. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain modern chat‑based user interfaces using React.js or equivalent frontend frameworks. Develop real‑time features such as live message streaming, typing indicators, presence detection, and system alerts using WebSockets or Server‑Sent Events (SSE). Integrate effectively with backend AI APIs, ensuring smooth handling of latency, streaming responses, and dynamic data updates. Create reusable components and shared UI libraries to streamline development and improve scalability. Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to refine and enhance conversational interaction patterns. Uphold high standards for code quality, testing, and frontend architecture best practices. Oversee and optimize frontend build processes, testing pipelines, and deployment workflows. Participate in CI/CD pipelines, supporting reliable delivery to both staging and production environments. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues across development and production setups. Maintain a strong focus on accessibility, responsiveness, and overall performance optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js. Demonstrated experience building real‑time web applications using WebSockets, Socket.IO, or similar frameworks. Practical experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Solid understanding of React Hooks, context management, and state handling libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.). Knowledge of modern frontend build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or Rollup. Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, including responsive layouts and accessibility standards. Experience with Git‑based workflows and CI/CD environments (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI). Familiarity with production deployment workflows, including version control, rollbacks, and monitoring. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with TypeScript and Next.js for server‑side rendering or static generation. Prior involvement in chat applications, AI assistants, or real‑time collaboration tools. Knowledge of modern component libraries such as Tailwind CSS or Material UI. Understanding of containerized environments using Docker or Kubernetes. Experience with testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. Familiarity with frontend analytics, performance monitoring, and telemetry systems. Exposure to AI API platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar ecosystems. Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially when working with design, AI, and backend teams. Capable of delivering high‑quality work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Curious and motivated to explore new technologies and AI advancements for ongoing learning and R&D. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent hands‑on experience). At least three (3) years of experience in frontend or full‑stack development roles. Proven success in building and deploying at least one production‑grade real‑time or chat‑based application.
