This role involves creating and maintaining content aligned with seasonal trends, B2B purchase cycles, and audience needs. Key responsibilities include: Essential Functions Create and maintain content aligned with seasonal trends, B2B purchase cycles, and audience needs. Draft, edit, and manage blog posts, trade show coverage, and other long-form content. Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure all content is optimized for search and brand voice. Track and analyze content performance with AI visibility tools to refine strategies and improve KPIs. Content Strategy Execute platform-specific strategies to build awareness and top-of-funnel demand on Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit. Generate backlinks, increase non-branded keyword visibility, and showcase products earlier in the buyer journey. Deliver consistent content (weekly Pinterest pins, biweekly short-form videos, monthly Reddit threads/AMAs). Embed social content into blog posts, FAQs, and PDPs to maximize cross-channel visibility. Monitor and optimize social performance through AI-powered reporting and insights. SEO & Social Strategy Partner with the SEO team to implement on-page and off-page strategies that increase organic traffic and rankings. Engage in online communities to build brand visibility and credibility. Use AI-driven tracking tools to identify new keyword opportunities, monitor competitors, and measure campaign effectiveness. Reputation Management & NPS Monitor brand reputation across review sites, forums, and social platforms. Develop initiatives to enhance Net Promoter Score (NPS) and highlight positive customer advocacy. Integrate reviews and customer feedback into SEO and content strategies. Proactively identify and address reputation risks with AI-powered sentiment analysis. Essential Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or social media strategy (B2B preferred). Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and content optimization best practices. Hands-on experience with Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and community-based marketing. Proficiency with AI-driven analytics and visibility tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling. Ability to balance creative content development with data-driven optimization.
