Revenue Cycle Management Associate

We are looking for an experienced RCM Associate to join our growing U.S. healthcare team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management process, ensuring timely and accurate claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management for our U.S. clients. This is a great opportunity for professionals with a solid background in medical billing and claims to work in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit clean claims (electronic and paper) to payers in compliance with regulations Perform AR follow-up to ensure timely payment from insurance companies Manage denials and appeals, including coordination of mass appeals with payers Reconcile payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records Generate KPI and month-end reports for finance and management teams Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer-specific rules Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. healthcare RCM, with exposure to claims, billing, and AR processes Strong knowledge of denial management and appeals process Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and payer guidelines Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Proficient in MS Office and healthcare billing software Willing to work the night shift Why Join Us?
