Job Description The Retail Specialist for Stores is responsible for optimizing retail store performance by ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and maximizing sales. They oversee daily operations, implement strategies to enhance customer experience, and achieve sales targets. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist walk-in subscribers with concerns and queries. Sell all products and services to walk-in customers. Perform product demonstrations. Accept, screen, evaluate, and approve documents received from subscribers. Practice timely and efficient customer delivery to achieve team targets. Comply with shift schedules and attendance policies, including pre-approval for OT. Keep the workplace clean and compliant with 5S standards. Execute functions as per Iris system policies, including cashiering and inventory management. Ensure proper monitoring and resolution of after-sales transactions. Encode all transactions accurately to support groups. Transmit subscriber documents to the Credit Library timely. Function as custodian or cashier as needed. KPIs: Achieve store sales and revenue targets. Meet customer satisfaction and line wait targets. Maintain SLA standards in transactions. Minimize or eliminate exceptions. Complete all training requirements. TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES: Exceed sales targets. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Implement effective visual merchandising. Optimize store operations for efficiency and profitability. Develop and lead a high-performing team. Certifications: Optional: Certifications in retail management, customer service, or sales are advantageous but not mandatory.
