Job Description As a Project Controller, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining integrated project schedules, ensuring accurate tracking, risk management, and timely delivery of milestones. You'll mentor other project controllers while implementing best-practice methodologies for engineering service projects. Visit Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek At least 2 years of experience in project control or scheduling Relevant tertiary qualifications Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including enterprise-level administration, governance settings, and migration from Microsoft Project (MSP) Strong skills in Microsoft Project for timeline management and integration Advanced Excel and VBA expertise for complex data analysis and schedule management Power BI experience for performance and progress visualization (desirable) Strong understanding of project control principles—scope, cost, quality, and Earned Value Management (EVM) Experience in engineering, energy, oil, or gas industries preferred but not required Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines Design phase experience preferred (Execution/Construction phase exposure is a plus) Proficient in P6 Your Daily Tasks Lead the development and management of integrated project schedules in collaboration with project managers. Administer Primavera P6 for scheduling, reporting, and portfolio management. Implement and maintain effective scheduling systems to support project execution. Identify and mitigate scheduling risks to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Communicate project timelines and updates to stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Adapt schedules to reflect changes in scope, resources, or priorities. Maintain detailed documentation of scheduling processes and records. Ensure alignment between schedules and resource usage profiles. Build and optimize resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Track and report resource utilization across the portfolio at an individual level. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to align schedules with strategic priorities. Produce performance, progress, and utilization reports using Power BI and advanced Excel. Support continuous improvement in planning and control processes.
