Job Description This is a remote position. Job Description : Marketing Assistant Schedule : Availability from Monday to Friday during their normal business hours (10am to 4pm Toronto time). Scope Minimum of 20 hours per week, potential to transition to full-time Responsible for both day-to-day marketing operations and strategic marketing initiatives Collaborate with sales team to support their efforts with marketing materials Contribute to the overall growth of the company’s online presence and customer engagement Potential to handle follow-up communications with leads and customers Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation when appropriate Responsibilities Create marketing materials including sell sheets, pricer cards, and text sheets for new product releases Manage and execute email campaigns using MailChimp Develop, schedule, and post content for social media platforms Design and implement social media calendars and email series to drive website traffic Assist with e-commerce initiatives and B2B communication Manage leads in the company’s CRM system Support SEO strategy development and implementation Coordinate with influencers and manage budgets for post boosting Produce routine operational marketing tasks as needed Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in graphic design software for creating marketing materials (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS) Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably MailChimp Familiarity with social media management and content creation Basic understanding of SEO principles Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Willingness to handle both creative and routine operational tasks Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Understanding of wine as a product and the wine industry Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job #J-18808-Ljbffr
