About the Role We’re seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Applications Technical Developer who will design, develop, and maintain integrations, data conversions, and reports across Oracle Fusion modules. You’ll work closely with functional teams to ensure smooth data flow, optimized performance, and accurate reporting insights. Key Responsibilities Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , SOAP, and REST APIs. Translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions. Perform data migration and transformation using FBDI and ADFDI tools. Develop and optimize custom reports and dashboards via BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View . Troubleshoot and resolve integration or data-related issues. Document workflows, mappings, and technical specifications. Support and maintain customized solutions while identifying improvement opportunities. Stay current with Oracle Fusion updates and new features. Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or related field. 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion Applications technical development. Proven expertise in integrations, data conversions, and report development . Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, SOAP, REST APIs , and data migration tools (FBDI, ADFDI). Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View . Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Good-to-Have Experience across ERP, HCM, or SCM modules. Knowledge of integration performance optimization best practices.
