Qualifications 3-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Practice focus in IT consulting, systems development, offshore services is preferred. Applied experience in Java, Groovy, or object-oriented software development and testing. Advantage: Experience in Oracle Utilities products, the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), or similar applications - e.g.Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Customer to Meter (C2M), Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Meter Meter Solution Cloud Service (MSCS), Data Management (MDM), Work Asset Cloud Service (WACS), Work Asset Management (WAM) among others. Responsibilities Convert Technical Design specifications into high quality working code. Prepare unit test documentation of scenarios/test cases. Perform unit testing of programs according to defined process and document actual results. Ensure the quality of one’s own deliverables through adherence to project standards and methodologies. Perform quality assurance reviews of code written by peers or junior developers. Provide support during system testing, user acceptance testing, Go-Live and maintenance support phases. Assist in the clarification and resolution of issues as they arise during the design and development process.
