Leisure, summer, family, social and year‑end events to connect and celebrate achievements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT. Minimum 3 years as an application developer. Minimum 3 years in banking sector, preferably Trade Finance. Familiarity with ITIL, Agile and other IT service management and software development frameworks. Experience in creating custom applications using VBAS on SQL Server and Microsoft Access. Experience in creating custom reports for enterprise systems using Power BI and similar BI tools. Deep understanding of RDBMS concepts and SQL programming. Meticulous approach to work with strong aptitude for numbers and data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities Coding and development – write high‑quality source code, follow best practices and use source control management. Design and prototyping – create prototypes, design user interface for seamless user experience. Testing and debugging – perform unit testing, trace requirements, debug and troubleshoot for performance improvement. Deployment and maintenance – adhere to client Change Advisory Board (CAB) standards with documentation and release plans. Incident management – resolve production incidents, conduct root cause analysis and propose preventive solutions. Stakeholder collaboration – facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and IT teams. Business understanding – communicate business needs to product owner and stakeholders. Solution alignment – ensure solutions align with business objectives, meet quality standards and security policies. Process advocacy – advocate process changes to improve business and IT activities; contribute to future state design of new products. Work Arrangement Remote work with occasional reporting to client headquarters in Ortigas if necessary. Work schedule 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Manila Time.
